At approximately 1:40 pm, Wednesday January 30, in broad daylight, I was walking alone with my dog on 1 A Street S.W. in Parkhill when I was violently threatened and screamed at by a scruffy homeless- looking male in a hoodie. I crossed the street to avoid him but he crossed over the street to confront me to continue screaming obscenities and menacingly shaking his fist at me. I ran away as fast as I could and hid in the alcove of a nearby garage and phoned 911.
