On October 4, 2011, Council approved Administration’s proposal to implement temporary parking restrictions on snow routes during snow events. These restrictions will come into effect during the 2011/2012 winter season to facilitate snow clearing on Calgary’s roads.
Starting October 15, 2011, parking will be temporarily restricted on designated snow routes for 72 hours following the declaration of a snow event by The City. Snow events are snowfalls with five cm or more of accumulated snow in any part of the city. Read More
